Refund policy

At Five to Nine Laser Works, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, laser-engraved wooden gifts and home décor items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

While we do not accept returns and/or exchanges, please contact us regarding any blemishes, packaging issues, or other issues regarding your item within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a full refund or replacement, you must provide adequate photos of the issue with your item.

Refunds

Once we receive the photographs of your item, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your photos. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the photo.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
